Don't cry. There is no need to be sad. We all have those moments. I have 5 kids and it is hard sometimes, you have four, so you know what I'm talking about. Look at the special moments everyone in your life brings to you. There are always going to be moments where you just feel like there is not enough of you to go around and when all is done, there's no time for yourself. There is time. Take some time for yourself, go take a long hot bath and just relax, go for a peaceful walk somewhere where it is quiet. Do something for yourself. Go buy yourself something that you have been wanting. Sometimes it's just the little moments that you do for yourself every now and then that make all the difference. Sometimes we just need a hug, and someone to tell us that it's going to be okay. We all have these moments, and they always pass. Here's a big hug for you. :)

If you care enought to cry and love your self enough to ask for help cheering up...you are doing GREAT!

I don't like it when anyone cries, please don't. Wipe away your tears and whatever it is that is making you sad. Go and put your make up on to make yourself feel better. No more crying now, because your mascara will run. Big hug. x x x

Your tears is soo warm and peacefull. Dont stop cry if you want to cry. Let your cry make you realize that you'll be smile later.
