I don't think so. There's natural-looking, then there's the painted look.
My sister once had a teacher who must have used a shovel to apply hers and a chisel to remove it. She did NOT look good at all!
A girl should apply a color that goes with her skin tone, hair color, and eye color, and even then it should enhance--it should be subtle.

Come on - I think you already know the answer to that question. No woman or girl looks pretty with tons of makeup on. Make up is supposed to 'enhance' and perhaps cover flaws - a heavy dose of it prevents any real beauty from surfacing and it gets all over your shirts, blouses and collars.

It depends. I don't think girls look pretty with their makeup up to their brow. And it also depends what colors they're wearing. I think the lipstick should be dark red or light pink. Not for little girls though.

Any guy who says he loves a girl covered in makeup isnt worth dating.
Heavy makeup isnt pretty, its fake.

i definitely dont think so and girls who wer tons of make-up look like porn stars.... altho porn star may be sexy but they're not pretty at all! in BT2(dublin) all the MAC make-up artists are caked absolutely caked ad the dont look nice at all even tho there make-up is perfectly caked they dont look nice! i wear foundation blusher eyeliner and mascara but i never ever cake it on. It looks cheap!

I'd say probably not . . it can get to look like a clown in grease paint . . but as in anything else, it is up to the eye of the beholder, no?

they might look pretty.. but underneath they are just as pretty. they are covering up their natural beauty... i only wear mascara and concealer under my eyes for my dark circles and i look fine! i look natural and not like a person trying to hard...

not really no. unless you were jimmy swaggert and she was tammi fae baker. i like my gals with a minimum of makeup but enough to make them look and feel classy.
