No sound from speakers. I checked all fuses. Radio has power and everything works on radio, but no sound. Also no warning sound in 15 sec. relay when door is locked.

Sounds like alot of work to figure out what the problem is. its oem radio. How do i check if alternate amp is defective

If it's a Monsoon audio system, there's a separate amplifier that may be defective. Since the vehicle warning chimes in your vehicle are generated by the factory radio and play through the driver's door speaker, any problem that kills the sound kills the warning chimes as well.
If it's not a Monsoon system, then you may have a defective head unit. This problem can also be caused by a shorted speaker wire.

O.K. how many watts, what size speakers, & what type of amp are u using(how many watts capable?) R u trying to go mono or stereo?

check your wiring harness and the grounds on your speakers.
