What are some of the best monthly subscription based web sites in any industry/service that offer good value?

Are there subscription based sites that you use and like but wish they could be improved. Have you ever asked the question"If this service only had xyz it would be really great?" or " I sure wish somebody offered a web site or service that did abc to make my job or life easier" or "this web site is a good idea but a code geek wrote it and it is too hard to use" The point is are there sites out there you would love to see more user friendly and what changes would you make? If someone could help make your life easier on the web what would you be extremely greatful to see. I am doing research to find if there are common things in subscription based web sites that continually frustrate the end user. Can these items be catigotized and identified? Can we make life easier on subscription based services that will really make people happy? Simple yet effective! What would you love to see to make your life easier on more productive on your subscription based services? Thank you!

I think most subscription based web-sites and many free ones ask for feedback to improve their web-site. Though I do understand they can not please everyone.
