Injectors have 12 to 20 ohm resistance and are powered all the time the key is on. The ECM grounds the injectors. If the inside of the injector is shorted to power 0 ohm sending 12 volts to the Quad Driver inside the ECM gets burnt. Other possabilities are wire harness chaffing sending power to the injector circuit. Do not plug in another ECM until you correct the problem. Does the engine misfire while the computer is burning up inside? And is the misfire the reason the ECM was replaced? 5 cyl Acura Vigor right? Some times the terminals on the injectors get corrosion and moisture. Isolate the short by using a wire diagram and ohm all the affected injector wires one at a time battery and ECM unplugged
