Our grades round up if its a 79.5 i pass. so i need to know what grade i need to pass =]

(55 + 80 + 57 + 65 + 52 + x) / 6 = 79.5
(309 + x)/6 = 79.5
309 + x = 79.5(6)
309 + x = 477
x = 477 - 309 = 168
Assuming you are talking about percentages, it doesn't look like you can pass. You need 168 for the 6th term, which is probably impossible.

(55(6) + 80(6) + 57 + 65 + 52 + x)/ 15 = 79.5
(55(6) + 80(6) + 57 + 65 + 52 + x) = 1192.5
984 + x = 1192.5
x = 208.5
Uhhh sry to break it to u, but u need a 208.5 to pass...maybe i misunderstood the question?

309-309+x=477-309
x=168

OBVIOUSLY AN 80 BECAUSE sry caps...well if it rounds up and you need a 79.5...then it rounds up to and 80 and thats what you need soo yeah
