I was thinking of getting a DDR2 Ram. But i was wondering, is there a lot of difference between DDR2 800 and DDR2 667? I was refering to those normal rams but not those extreme rams. And i saw 2 brands, Patriot and AData. So which one is better?

For their mainstream products, I don't think there is much difference. Patriot may have the edge on the hi-end stuff for enthusiast.

DDR2 800 runs at higher speed but at the expense of lower latency. A hi-perf DDR2 800 is a different story.
