Last year I married and moved out of the US. but I'm still an american citizen. I did not worked so no income for last year. Where do I go to file tax return on internet and how?

If you made less than $3,400 last year you don't need to file US Income Tax no matter what.

If, whereever you live, you start to make money, you will need to file a tax return if you make more than the minimum income for that year. You can deduct the foreign workplace taxes against whatever you would owe to the US tax return much like State Income taxes.

Should you and your spouse move to the USA permanently, the first year you MUST file a joint return.

Income can come from other places than a job, but if you didn't have any income, then you don't have to file.

you do not need to file anything for last year unless you earned at least $3400
