Depending on what they are fascinated with - I once had a guy (a stranger) walk up to me and was fascinated with my tattoo on the middle of my upper back (base of the neck area) he was so fascinated he was touching it and following the lines with his fingers - it was just a really horrible feeling.
On the other hand if someone is fascinated with something and want to talk about it - then fine Im more than happy to discuss what ever it is they want to know about.

It hasnt happened to me yet, so im sorry, but i wouldnt know. I´d probably just think they are crazy though lol cuz there is nothing interesting or fascinating about me. :)
