I might get a horse soon and i would like a good name for her. She is black with a white star on her forehead. She has a beautiful gait and is an awsome showmanship horse. My sister said to name her blakie, but you know how sisters are (EVIL) this would help a lot. Thanks!

It sounds as if you are talking about a full grown adult horse who likely already has a name she is used to. It would be best to let her keep that name rather than try to train her to a new one. The adjustment of a new owner and moving will be a large enough adjustment without having to learn a new name as well.

I would name the horse shadow. And hey I am a sister and I am not evil. But anyway, Shadow would be a cool name for a horse.

Give her a beautiful exotic name, like Kayliffe or maybe translate the word black into another language like Noir in french.
