I, personally, wouldn't pay a penny more than 8 million. But that's just me. :-) Maybe if they throw in the flying outhouse and a bag of them 'Toot Sweets'! ;-)

If it's the actual one.. I guess so.

But, in my opinion, I don't beleive it's real.
