You asked another question about your wife having a tublal ligation (it's not called a 'tubular').
If she went under general anesthetic, she could experience depression, crying spells, etc. for up to 6-8 weeks afterward. This is very common after general anesthetic.
The surgery also results in some trauma to the abdominal area. This could mean she has discomfort in the area. Her spotting (your other question) is likely normal. A tubal ligation does not prevent periods---all her 'parts' are still there, but the fallopian tubes have been tied or clipped off so fertilization cannot occur. As for her orgasms, she may take awhile to feel fully relaxed during sex---could be partly physical, partly emotional. Nothing to worry about; I'm sure she will get back to normal after 2-3 months.

A tubular what?
Tubular bells can make anyone come unhinged and want to smash them on the neighbors house.
Tubular ligation is major surgery and it can do some things.
Tubular pregnancy can alter more than mental well being if it ruptures. It is not uncommon to see that these changes take place.
