Yeah, don't do it!!!! 20/30 minutes out in the sun a day will give you all of the color and vitamin d that you need. Sun bathing will can lead to sooooooo many future problems, from tough, dry skin to melanoma cancer. Scary!!

Everyone knows that tanning beds are not good for you. I do, and I still love them......
My best advice would be limit the amount of time you lay in the bed, and limit the number of visits. Once you have a base tan, you can go once or twice a week for a few minutes.

please dont use a tanning bed or sit out in the sun too long...both can damage your skin especially a tanning bed. makes you look like you have leather skin and ages much faster...if anything try the spray tan, most salons these days have those it's a bit pricier than using a tanning bed but it's much safer, i use it often...wish you well..but if you are going to use the tanning bed or layout in the sun make sure you are protecting your skin with a sunscreen...

DO NOT TAN IN A TANNING BED
Just wait until it is really nice outside, put some Australian Gold Amplifier on, and you will get tan in no time

Dont use tanning beds, they're dangerous.
But whoever said dont do it at all, is correct. Excessive tanning is very bad for you.
