Cheeseburger is the better one. It has less calories and what it is made of it better than a hot dog.

242 for hotdog fat 11. 319 for cheeseburger fat 15. Looks like a toss to me- as long as you don't make a habit out of it. Have some veggies!

Hot dogs. You can find fat free hot dogs with 40 calories per hot dog and then a low carb bread.

Probablt a cheeseburger, because a hotdog really has no nuitritional value......I'm not too too sure, but i'm guessing.
It also depends on the brand of meat for both.

The burger has more protein, but has more fat.
And what it is made of is better for you.
The hot dog has less fat and less calories and fat , but really has no nutritional value.
