I just quit my job at UPS in which I was doing practically, suicides carrying objects that could weigh less than a pound to be 100 pounds. I would bend and walk fast back and forth.

But now that I quit that job I want to continue keeping my figure, if not working myself to have a better body. I want to have muscles but I don't want to be BIG.

Can anyone make up a routine for me to do, that doesn't require to buy a gym.

I can jog and there a playground which I can do some pull up. But what do you suggest for a full body workout?

Well, pullups are great, with a close grip, works biceps/back, wide grip is mainly back.

Pushups or dips can be used to work chest/triceps.

Situps for abs.

Lower body is tougher, since it can handle body weight so easily. Of course, you can just do that, lots of walking stairs, etc.

check out bodybuilding.com. there is an exercise search, and you can search for only body weight exercises.
