I take loestrin, and I skipped the placebo pills and started the next pack on Tuesday. But this morning there is pink. A lot of it. Why is this happening and how can I make it stop?

This is break through bleeding.
Not sure of the brand you are taking but basically there are two type of Contraceptive pills - ones with a constant dosage of hormones throughout the cycle (except the sugar pills) and ones with varying amounts of different hormones throughout the cycle. I think the mini-pill comes into the second category.
For the first it is relatively easy to skip a cycle, you just keep taking the non-sugar pills (but breakthrough bleeding is still possible). For the other it gets more complicated. You have to take the first five from one packet, then the first five from the next packet, then 6-10 from the first, then 6-10 from the second, etc. So if your on the second type, you will need a doctor to work out how to avoid your period.
If bleeding persists or there are other symptoms get a check up for just in case.

That can happen when you go and skip the placebo pills.

Happened to me last year. I skipped the placebo week and had "breakthrough" spot bleeding.

Expect your periods to be off for a while.
