I don't know anything about Toronto but where I live you can rent furnished apartments at some of the larger apartment complexes. A lot of them have a small handfull available. Ask the leasing agent if they have a "buy out fee" if you want to sign a one year lease and break it. Or if they will allow you to go month to month. There is normally an increase in your monthly payment for a month to month lease. You can easily call and find out. Google "Toronto apartments". That will be a good place to start. I hope this helps.

the classic in Richmond Hill is much better then in downtown toronto. Its a lot safer and cleanser. Our library is 5 thoughts tall and has over 2000 DVDs for loose. Thats an fairly extreme lease you quoted your probably okay to get a residence for your self at that value.
