I asked a perfectly good question about a tv show, did not swear or use any abusive language and they served me with a violation notice. I then resubmitted the same question but without the bells and whistles and it was accepted. Oh, and they docked me some points. A**eholes!

Bibliophile31, bells and whistles just means the unnecessary information and observations I left out on the 2nd attempt at the question. Which was accepted and answered.

I don't know why, but I had been reported for an answer, the reason was "not an answer" even though many other people had similar answers to mine.
Go figure.
They actually need to look and determine if the violation is correct or not before removing or deleting anything.

I think it's an automated system. Some crazy person on here sent it in and they just come automatically. That kind of thing has happened to me. I alsways send a reply back to Yahoo.

probably because some saddo does not like your question, i have had a violation or question removed and all i asked was what happened in episodes of 24 or NCIS, if they dont like it use the thumbs up or thumbs down, that is what they are for.

Don't sweat it. You'll get a violation notice sometimes. People will flag others for silly reasons sometimes.
