I want to be buried just like any other civilized human being.

Well, this question requires more information. It depends about how you feel about life. If you hate life then I think you should be cremated. Cremating yourself would produce negative effects for those still living. It would poisen the air with carbon monoxide, it would leave virtually no nutrients left for other animals to absorb, etc.. If you like life then i think you should be buried. Thus allowing other forms of life to eat your remains, contributing to more life.

I would say cremation, it is cheaper.
Plus I would never know anyway.
And I would have my ashes spread somewhere, I would hate for 50 years or so after my death some family member throwing me in the trash just because they have no idea who I am.

Actually, I'm fine with anything.
As long as I don't know what they're doing to my body. If I'm going to be cremated, I don't want to feel the heat. If I'm going to be buried, I don't want to feel loads of soil banging down on my coffin.
So, it's okay. =)

cremated and thrown in the ocean.
i dont get why people would want to have to go through buying the case for yourself where your going to (in a few yrs be eaten by maggots) and have a chance that someone is going to smash ur the gravestone and yeah.its a waste of land too.
i mean why would you want to walk over what you know are dead people that are 6 ft under...its depressing...and ...yeah. whhhy

I always think about that.
Do I want to be burnt or do I want to be really cold under the ground?!?!
I think probably cremated and have my ashes scattered somewhere really cool.
But it isn't up to us cuz we won't be there to make sure it happens anyhow! ;0P

Cremated & tossed out to sea......I don't want to be buried for bugs to eat me.......or I don't want grave robbers to steal me.
