well, if your passed out then you wouldn't know but surely you'd come too from it wouldn't you?

I think that if a person passed out then that would be it, and they probably would not feel the pain of drowning. =)

I don't think they would and I heard a person who is already unconsious and hits the water has a little chance of survival.
