I read this book on hard men(gangsters) and their biggest hate is people who hurt women and children. So what would they do if these gangs of 'children' spat at and verbally abused their wife, bullied their sons and damaged their property, and attacked them repeatedly? Would they call the police, even though the police cant stop them? Would they get other kids to beat them up? How would they have stopped the situation?

Join a group of neighbours seeking the same solution.
Being a thoughtful and legal VIGILANTE is not new in AMERICA,...just not used often enough.
Then, confront these bullies with their own message, until they stop,. ...move away,.....or are placed somewhere that they can't harm anymore.
You do what is necessary to STOP the bullying.
If your neighbours cannot agree that it is time to stand-up to this treatment, then you MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! It is not a place of community-minded people and not a home to raise kids in!
MOVE or ACT! Nothing in between!

If you have taken their behavior to their parents and they have done nothing, then call the police. The parents can't handle them. The parents have raised disrespectful and rebellious children.

why dont you talk to a real hard man; go to a federal prison and talk with the wardens ; the one in charge;and talk with them;check with newspapers or libraries;where the old stuff is; aa real man would take care of business ;with out any help.;what state you in? are you having troubles;you could go to the fbi.
