Scientists aren't even sure how many galaxies there are- we can see a lot of galaxies continuing out into space as far as we can see. Then each galaxy is made up of billions of stars. So there must be at least a gazillion(or some nearly infinite number) stars.

Yes, we have an estimate. There is about 300 billion stars in a typical galaxy, and there are about 300 billion galaxies in the universe. Multiplying these gives us 90,000 billion billion stars in the universe (90 quintillion stars)

It's possible to estimate the number of grains of sand on the earth,or the number of neutrons in a neutron star.
The number of star in the universe has no standard to even make a guess with.

In our galaxy there are about 250 billion stars. And in the universe there are atleast 250 million galaxies. Multiply. The number won´t fit in the display in my calculator...

Nobody knows this answer. Scientist think there may be millions of galaxies, each with billions of stars. 10^16 or so is probably a conservative figure.
