Yes, not only will it be classified as the most scandalous, Bush will be declared the worst President ever in the history of the U.S. especially if it is eventually proven that we were misled into a premptive war that was not necessary.

Personally, I think it's all political. If you look at Bill Clinton, he seemed pretty embroiled in scandal's as well. But they both pale in comparison to Ulysses S. Grant. He had the most corrupt administration ever. He had people doing things that not even Bush and Clinton would try. One of the major reasons he had so much corruption was due to the rebuilding of the Southern States after the war of Yankee Aggression (the American Civil War.) I guess they just couldn't resist the robbing and raping of the south.

No. In this day and age with 24/7 cable news coverage, lawmakers want to see and hear themselves and want to stir the pot. This is here to stay I'm afraid. The Clinton administration is the scandalous one and the Carter administration was the "Disastrous Years." Bush will be forever linked with the 9/11 tragedy I believe.

That has been normal during the second term of every president who served two terms since Nixon's time. It has become part of the upcoming presidential campaign for the opposing party in congress to start muck racking prior to the campaign.
They discredit the party in power to help their future candidate. Whatever evil characteristic they can tag on the present office holder, their candidate will present himself or herself as opposite.

You have to remember, just because the Democrats keep trying to "create a scandal a day until 2008" doesn't mean they actually exist......They are just another name for rumors and we know what they say about rumors......so no.
