Your hymen may already be broken, even without sex. Horse riders, gymnasts, dancers etc. may have had their hymen stretched through other activities.
As to whether you can have sex again straight away, after the first, it really depends on many factors. Some women feel only a little discomfort at the first time and for others it really hurts. But I wouldn't recommend doing it more than once the first time. You might want to wait a few days, more if you are still uncomfortable (tender).
If the other partner isn't that experienced ( or not taking it carefully) you may be bruised, then take week or more before doing it again.
Be careful with your choice of partner, especially for the first time. Only do it when you are ready, emotionally, socially and with knowledge of consequences, and how to look after yourself.
Take care, it is a gift given but once.

If you feel OK afterwards, it's fine to do it again as soon as you feel like it. Make sure that you and your new husband use lots of foreplay so that you will be relaxed and get your natural lubrication going. Also, it can help prevent urinary tract infections if you urinate after sex. Good luck, and have fun.

You should not have sex in the first place if you are not married to the man you are planning to have sex with.

Why not take some time to contemplate whether or not you really want to do it the first time.
You might regret it later.
