there is no worth keeping all those old ducks in the squad.they have played enough and its time now they should allow new blood to come up and take their place.they have served their country for a long time for which we respect them but now they must allow others to take the game to better heights

Dear Friend,
If you cannot take the heat get out of the Kitchen. Do not complain about anything you need not subject your self to.

This is always expected. It is only human nature. Just as you and I would back our own choise and then be so blinded expect him to even be superman in some cases like Sachin playing in the middle overs when his natural game was to open which by the way Greg Chappel believes to be the easiest position with all the field restrictions. Need more proof power play which is an extension of the fielding restrictions were taken by the West Indian captain in the 45th over against South Africa and the result for them was disasterous with Gibbs and Boucher bashing them all around. Sachin has lost the extra bit of time he had due to age and now needs someone like Shewag, or Uthappa or Pathan to blast so that the run rates donot come down.
What can anyone do he is the Holy Cow of Indian cricket. A white elephant who cannot do anything more.
Most of the leading run scores in international cricket ODI's were at one point of time openers in one day cricket. Eg. Sachin, Saurav, Jayasuriya etc. The exeption to this is batsmen like Inzamam, Azhar, Dravid, Ponting, Kallis etc. who played most of their cricket in the middle overs.

So many holy cows and white elephants are there not just in Indian cricket but all around.
Turn off that Television dont watch their advertisments or Boycott the products they endorse or otherwise think you belong to a region first then to India next.
Otherwise watch the game enjoy the batting of the genius while it lasts.
By the way he is going to open in ODI's for India again and make sure of one thing he will score a lot of runs against all people. Maybe he is 34 but if he can perform who are we to judge someone who has 27000+ runs in international cricket. Form is temporary and class is permenant.

While everybody knows that the performance of Indian Team in the world cup was pathetic, based on the debacle in the world cup, you cannot scrap the entire team. Rebuilding a team is a process and will take time. Till such time some talented youngsters are spotted and their talent is assessed, we have to carry the present players in the Indian Team and their performance should be closely monitored. Whichever player fails to perform consistently should be replaced by a talented youngster and this process should go on in phasewd manner.

All human beings on this earth has to suffer their part of suffering. Take it as your share. BCCI and all senior level cricketers mind reached beyond Indian cricket fans feelings. What else they can do ? When the entire system is faulty then whom we blame. Need to change every thing from grass root. Hope for the best !!!!!!

Frankly speaking.. BCCI should be run by cricketers not by politician or Industrialist. These people are not involved in promoting cricket but just want to make money and power.BCCI has so much money.. what they do for improving Domestic cricket? Once ZeeTV league comes.. they would improve....Competition produce better result.

see dont get me wrong but in india we dont have big stars or icons in sports,so even little or small wins make not only the fans but also cricket players themselves realize that they are the best thing ever happened to the sport.they suck big time and dont care for us. greg chappel is so damn correct.
