there is no such thing. Nigeria is a haven for scammers, so watch out. Do not pay anything to anyone nor sign anything.

An American in Nigeria that needs money? And the red flags didn't go up on that? Sorry dude this is a scam. If she had the money to travel to Nigeria in the first place she wouldn't need the money for a trip to England. Americans that travel abroad are not hard up for money.
