From the Subway website:

cheddar cheese (2 slices): 60 calories, 5 g fat
pepperjack: 50 cal., 4 g fat
american: 40 cal., 3.5 g fat
provolone: 50 cal., 4 g fat
shredded monterrey blend: 50 cal., 4.5 fat
swiss cheese: 50 cal., 4.5 g fat

So it looks like American has the least calories and fat, but its probably healthier not to get any cheese at all.

Meat and cheese at fast foods are fresh. There is a difference between fresh and processed. Most meats and all cheese at subway are processed and have high sodium count. If you want low sodium and fat, you are better off making your sandwiches at home and eat them during the day

They are all pretty much the same. Cheese is healthy to a point. It has a lot of protein and dairy, but also a lot of calories. Just dont go over bored on it

I think they are all healthy. Don't you know that some people in America who lost lots of weight as much as 100 pounds lost weight just by eating Subway sandwiches and nothing else??? I have seen this episode of Maury Povich on people that lost hundred of pounds.

If you want to go extreme healthy just don't get ANY cheese. Its not the greatest thing for you.

Not American, it's more processed. I would venture to guess provolone as it has a healthier and higher actual dairy content.
