Nothing demands you have to be friends with her. In fact, some signs like putting on earphones or leaving the room to do work should signal your roomate that you need some quiet tiem in your own room too. Maybe then wil he consider going to her apartment.

Why is this question in "Astronomy & Space"? But to answer your question, don't hate her. You don't have to like her, but everybody should be treated with respect. I don't really like my rommie's g/f either, but I try to be polite and respectful. Just be patient and friendly. Life's not so bad.
