I met this girl and we ended up having sex without protection. How stupid of me, yes I realize that. Anyway she took the Plan B pill in the alloted time, had a HPT which was negative, and had her period for March. From what she told me it was a normal period for her. Now in April she has not had period yet (late by a week). Is there any chance that she is pregnant or paranoid? She does have some stress in her life and has said she has been late or missed periods altogether. What is best to do in this situation? Have another pregnancy test or a blood test? Ladies I would really like to hear your input on this.

Stress can cause her period to be late. Plan B has some very strong horomones in it, so that also may have thrown off her cycle. If you're paranoid about it, have her take a pregnancy test. They're fairly inexpensive. Or she can see her gyno and get a blood test. I'd suggest if she's having unprotected sex, she needs to get on birth control anyway. And birth control won't protect from STD's, so I'd suggest condoms unless you two are in a monogomous relationship and know you're both free of STD's.

it would depend on how long after yall had sex did she have her period because the sperm can live on for a lil while so if she had her period close to the time that yall had sex then there is a slight possibility she is pregnent but i doubt it. she is probably just stressed out from thinking that she is pregnant and that can make a period late, so wait a lil while then if she still does not start then i would have her take a pregnancy test or go to the doctor.

First of all stop beating your head against a wall. if she's pg she's pg and if she is you will be a daddy. You could opt for the blood test I guess, yet please go into this with a positive attitude or all will be lost. I'm not blaming you or calling you stupid what is done is done. I'm not blaming her or calling her stupid either; things happen. It may be stress related that she is missing her period, whatever it is just take it easy and things will be fine. I am not saying it loosely relaxing will see people through the hardest of times. Relaxing clears the mind so the person can focus.

If you only had sex the one time, then had a normalk period, she wouldn't be having Your baby IF she is pregnant now. If it's not unusual for her to miss periods... no problem.

Stress can cause some women to miss periods.

Now stop having sex until you are married. Good Grief!
