I have an older computer system and any time I open up a file I saved from the internet, it exits my current program, but here is my main problem. I usually copy and paste photos to paint and I was wondering, is there anyway I can enlarge a photo without pixellating it. I dont have photoshop, so I'm stumped. How do I enlarge a small pic without pixellating it???

You can't enlarge a picture on MS Paint without pixelating the picture. If the size of the picture is for example 100x330 that is the maximum size of the picture it can go, anything bigger the picture will start to pixelate. MS Paint is really the basic of the basic picture editing program and it's good for beginners, if you're looking to do some advance photo editing, definitely look into investing in Photoshop Elements, Photoshop, or even Jasc Paint Shop Pro.

There isn't a program that can do that. If you're enlarging a picture from it's original size, the pixellation is going to be there.
