It depends on the tiger. If it's a 2-week old cub, you'd probably win. If it's a full grown animal, you can probably get a couple of hits in before it finishes you.
I have a friend who spent some time doing modeling work with a live adult tiger on the set. She said that it ate at least 30 lbs. of meat every day.

Depends on how old the tiger was. Anything older than two years and my money is on the tiger.

No. And why would you want to beat up an endangered species?
Tigers are way stronger. The only way a human could beat one is if they shot it, which is illegal, thankfully.
