I always start to fall asleep on my back (while reading or watching TV) but I always have to turn onto my right side with one hand under the pillow to stay asleep. Right leg stretched out straight, left leg bent up to my stomach/chest.

On my back with my right arm across my forehead. I guess my arm on my forehead applies pressure to a certain point that helps me fall asleep.

in the fetal positon in the corner of my room after i put up chicken wire to try and keep the gnomes from getting to me. they always leave me with an itchy *** in the morning.
