I personally dont think there is such thing as most beautiful/handsome. everyone's beautiful/handsome in their own unique way. i think there is more than one persone that's beautiful and no such thing as the most when it comes to that. But beauty comes from the inside. so people with great personality, are the kind of people who are beautiful/handsome. it definitely isnt about looks.

In the world? well that's a very broad term. Remember, different cultures have different ideals of what beauty really is. And beauty can be different. People are physically beautiful in different ways. It's difficult to say who is really more beautiful than another.

beauty is only skin deep lol, its what counts on the inside, but thats a hard question bcos western countries and other countries have different ideas on what beauty is, for example in the US/UK it would be a slim, tall woman with european features.
