1.go on anyones profile....
2.add him in ur contact list....
3.then personally give him ur email add....
4.when he emails u,u can chat wiz him....

See a person's profile on yahoo answers and if they have a visible email id..write in to them asking them for a chat or else if their Yahoo IM is visible..just message them directly.
