Flip top but I forget and just twist it off most of the time.

I've got a twist off since my husband needs the sensodyne for a while, but I prefer the flip top. It doesn't fall in the sink when my tired booty is trying to brush teeth.

flip top my husband always complained because i never put the cap back on so i only buy flip top and i still don't close it
