Okay I had a cage of 3 mice and 2 of the mice ganged up on the third and beat him up/chewed him up, so I seperated them, and he seems to be doing okay but he pulled all his hair from around a wound on his back and it's...um...not pretty looking. Is there anything i can do to help it heal faster oooor avoid infection

Mice are always grooming themselves, so anything you put on the wound will soon be licked off.
I have had this happen with my mice, too. They do heal in time. If you think it is getting infected, you should be able to buy rodent antibiotic at the pet store.
Make sure the mouse has clean bedding.

put a band-aid on it (joke) keep the hair out of the wound i need to know how big it is to tell u what to do.take a q-tip or Cotton ball and wet it a little and dab it and keep the wound clean. put a Cotton pad on the wound and take string and tie it on there don't tie to tight then call a vet.

clean it out with something other than peroxide and put a bit of polysporin on it. we used to use golden seal from the health food store in really bad cuts to stop the bleeding and help it heal faster.
