When I am sad I usually just want to be alone and sleep. I don't really hug anything, if I do, it is probably my pillow while I am asleep. But, for the most part I just roll up into a ball and sleep.

I normally go to the park at night. There I think about what I did or happened. If I get frustrated, I punch the ground. I get so mad at myself. Peace.

i hug my dogs. they're all toy poodles and three of them are dark brown and the other is cream coloured, so they're like teddy bears themselves!
