What do i do when i have a rabbit that wont let him ketch him so he doesent get hit by a car...

Live trap is the best way to go. Check hardware stores, they sometimes would have them. Make sure to get one that is the size for your rabbit otherwise it will either not work if its too big or the rabbit wont fit if its small.

HOWEVER I had a dwarf rabbit that ended up getting loose and he actually lived nicely in the wild in our neighborhood. The guy even mated with a wild rabbit and had loads of babies. Unfortunately the babies ended up causing problems (old people with gardens hated um) and then I had to go on a catching spree (ended up with 2 albinos that I kept as pets and they were the best rabbits I ever had)

You could get a live trap to catch him. You might be able to borrow one from an animal shelter, or you could buy one.
