OK, now find my version:

1.He tried to find a different direction so those men WOULDN'T be able to catch him.

2.The boy WAS jaded but he had no choice but to RUN AT the fastest speed or HE WOULD be in juvenile jail. (as far as I understand sprint something very fast but not steadily fast if I can put it so. Judging on the context the will have to run for a long period of time and fast enought so that he wouldn't be caught anв put to jail. It implies that the boy has far more than for examle a hundred of meters to run. But this is just my humble opinion. If I'm not mistaken this kind of error is called wrong words choice)

3.“COME back here or I’ll shoot!” the skinny cop screamed.

4. QUOTATION MARKS If I can’t convince you that I’m not a criminal then CATCH me if you can!QUOTATION MARKS (just the same - I suppose the speaker suggests to try and catch him)

5.. He felt BOTH proud and exhausted after he outwitted those cops.

SHOULD BE:

#1. He tried to find a different direction so those men WOULDN'T be able to catch him.

#2. The boy is jaded but he HAS no choice but to sprint in the fastest speed or he’ll be in juvenile jail.

#3. "COME back here or I’ll shoot!” the skinny cop screamed.

#4. If I can’t convince you that I’m not a criminal then YOU CAN try to chase me

I think the rest is OK.
I'm not 100% sure though.
So don't 100% trust me on these.

Steve eats only vegetables, yet his twin brother eats meat. What does 'only' adjust? If, because it seems, you try to assert that Steve is a vegetarian, the proscribing word 'only' might want to regulate what he eats - it really is vegetables. only Steve eats vegetables - he's the between the gang who does eat vegetables. He would eat meat too - you do not comprehend. Steve only eats vegetables - it really is all Steve does to vegetables - he eats them. He does no longer play with them, use them as decorations, or something else - he only eats them. What does he do with meat? you do not comprehend. The sentence does no longer inform you. Steve eats only vegetables - it really is all Steve eats. He eats vegetables completely. you eventually comprehend that Steve does no longer eat meat.

No, they're not. One also has a punctuation error.
All but one of the responses you've received are incorrect.
