Pull the f--- over! I saw an idiot the other day, who I'm hoping was just not paying attention and not that dumb, turn left in front of an ambulance that was turning left too (same side of the street--the ambulance was going around everyone). The ambulance lost about 15 seconds of time while he and the idiot tried to manuever around eachother (of course the idiot stopped dead in the middle of the turn, thus creating more confusion).
I don't try to beat them through the light. What's the sense? The e-vehicle obviously has to get somewhere more important than I do, so who am I to jeopardize an old man having a heart attacks' life or a little kid with a severe allergy attack's life just so I can make it 10 feet further (and have to pull aside anyway)!?!

No way no how- I pull over, they scare me to death!
and I always pull over for Funeral Processions, it's so Rude and ignorant when people show such disrespect. And for Emergency,I always say you never know who they are going to help, it could be your own family or friends, doesn't matter I say a Prayer everytime I see one, for the EMT'S and the situation they are going to-I may not know-but God surely does.Every Wednesday night I have a class of little girls at church and they are 4th and 5th Graders and it never fails we see an Emergency Vehicle go by every Wed night around the time we are in class, now, they always tell me, Let;s say a Prayer Everytime We See One.and we do. I want to make that a habit in them if I can.Pass down a Good Habit to the Next Generation.Just want to Add Good For You Tricilin-thats Cool.

I pull over - I've seen too many times where the emergency vehicle was hit by the dork that wouldn't get out of the way....

Try to beat them at the light? That's just rude. Pull over, sheesh. I also like the southern hospitality of pulling over when a funeral procession passes by.

I pull over as soon as I am aware of them....hands down! What if I was the person on the other end of their emergency call?

I do now. Everybody in this town obeys that law and immediately gives way to emergency vehicles. Wouldn't you want an ambulance to get to you faster if you were hurt.
In my hometown, you risked getting rear ended if you stopped for an emergency vehicle.

Pull over. It's not worth someone's life, and I can't afford the ticket.
