I use it all the time. Not enough people on Yahoo Answers do.
Although Yahoo offers a spell checker right here, I use a program called ieSpell that integrates into Internet Explorer. Just highlight the text and right click on spell check.

I use the spell checker at the top of the page, the one that Y/A provides is too slow,and I know that my spelling really sucks.
