Are you always irregular? If your ttc means trying to conceive you might have done just that! Personally I have never skipped a period, and NO cramps your one lucky girl! But really it sounds like your pregnant. I would buy a test or go to the doctor to make sure though. I'm pretty sure sometimes women experience light bleeding or spotting during the first stages of pregnancy. Hope I helped! Christiegirl:)

This can absolutely happen. You've had some spotting, which some people have on a regular basis. Premenstrual symptoms can affect you for a week or so before your period. Any changes in your birth control regime could cause changes in your period, as well - like make it heavier or change your PMS symptoms. Whether you just started, stopped, or changed birth control pills, this could be affecting your cycle. Also, stress and the way we eat affect our bodies and our PMS. Salty and sweet foods, as well as caffeine and alcohol can worsen PMS symptoms. If you're concerned that you may be pregnant and spotting, you can take a pregnancy test or go to the doctor. Otherwise, small spotting and cramps are not abnormal - but if you feel like something is wrong, a trip to the doctor is always a good idea!

Yes, not having cramps during your period is normal! I'm like you (but I'm 44 yrs. old), I've rarely ever had cramps before or on my period since the first day I started. Funny, the only time I ever had bad cramps was when I wore a tampon on the 1st day of my period. It took me about 3 hours of suffering to figure out just maybe it was the tampon, which I was right. Once I removed it, within in minutes the cramping stopped. Go figure!? So, I wait til I'm in day 3 or 4 to wear a tampon. So, I'm stuck wearing "surf boards" for the first 2 days. It is normal also to have cramps, but mild ones. The kind the doubles over women is not--time to go see the OB/GYN.
Enjoy living in the "no-cramps" zone!! :-)

It is seen most commonly in women between the ages of 20 and 24. It usually goes away after 1 to 2 years, when hormonal balance occurs.

Every woman is different but it sounds like you should discuss this with your Dr to make sure everything is alright. It could be something simple like a hormone problem or even stress. Without seeing a Dr no one can really help you with this. Good luck!

no cramps should be a JOY not a stress, sometimes it just doesnt happen. I love it when those months come along!!!
certain things in your diet can alter your menstral and premenstral symptoms, such as an increase in you calcium intake.
dont be worried, be relieved!

That could be implantation spotting. If its not normal for you, then it's not normal. Take an HPT. Good luck!
