Quite often, so a computer repairman told me, these email advertizements are spam. If you decide to reply so you can unsubscribe then they know they have a real address that is open and being used for email! And then they will share your address & hit you with all sorts of ads & it will be harder to get rid of. Set up spam filters and keep hitting the spam button when one or more of these shows up in your inbox, don't reply to it . your computer is keeping cookies on you and/or phishing is happening. If you don't know the company the ad or offer came from, chances are this is what you will get. If it's a legitimate company you signed up for and you don't want any of their offers, well scroll down to the very end of the next email you get and somewhere it should say, go here to unsubscribe from further emails or something like that.

Get a new e-mail and NEVER EVER give it out to ANYONE. And then just leave the old account as a spam sponge, it is lost really.

Most of the legit ones will have an opt out at the bottom of the email - which allows you to un-subscribe.

Live with it and just ignore it. If it is legit it has an opt-out. If it isn't it has an opt-out that signs you up for more lists.
