I mean how can some be so confident all the time.They have been unbeatable!!!!!!!!!!!!!They won the world cup for 3 consecutive years and i'm sure this time also they are gonna win.What is it that they have and the other countries dont ???

1) Their are infrastructure at domestic level is equivalent or even better then the International level.

2) Very tough cricket played at domestic level and bring in the national level when they reach maturity.

3) They elect player on the bases of present performance rather then past record unlike in India.

4) No politics and regionalism in the selection of team.

5) Their attitude they believe in the hard work not in luck old saying luck created by the hard work

6) Team spirit, dedication, determination, killer instinct, positive approach and never satisfaction on their performance willing to improve all the time.

7) They play for own country not for record.

8) Physical health and metal toughness added advantage

More importantly in Aus only winner appreciate by the people loser can not be accepted

This in itself puts them on a different level because it ensures that the players that do make it to the national team are already well grounded and have faced high pressure situations before. We do spend a very bit on our elite athletes.
We also have a good state competiton it hard to make the Australian team with young man waiting for a places as chances has to be grabbed with two hands. The players has to play like it there last game. So soon or later if you don't make a good score your be dropped. Every player has been dropped once and come back a better player for it.
