the one I don't have to cook or clean up after!

I am simple and easy to please, give me some babyback ribs and salad and rolls from Logan's Roadhouse and I'm good to go. then a bowl of BlueBell when I get over that "full feeling" and I am a happy fat cat!

If it has been a stressful week, going to the chinese restuarant and getting the " all you can eat" snow crab legs is a good time too!

Surf - n - Turf, Nothing like lobster or prawns and Tender prime rib served w/ warm rolls and a dinner salad. Oh, and plenty of garlic butter { a must have } for nearly everything.

To start - Confit chicken and foie gras terrine, fruit compote, rosemary country bread
Main - Grilled medallions of venison, Lyonnaise potato, cranberry and crushed pepper jus
And of course dessert: Pistachio dacquoise with chocolate ganache and café au lait foam

I dozen oysters natural, Lobster mornay and Tirimasu with my hubby on a secluded beach, candle light and lots of stars.

any pasta dish
from ravioli to spaghetti to fettucine alfredo with chicken! chicken parmesan is good too
with milk or ice water to drink
for dessert: boston creme pie...yum
