I think it is. Around here (Chesapeake, VA) it is illegal to swear in public. If you're caught, you're in trouble. Virginia is a conservative religious state. I hate VA!

Are you kidding? Today, they should make it illegal for the kids to swear in the presence of adults in the streets! Some of those street kids are far worse than the kids in South Park!

I don't know where you live, but if you come to Virginia Beach, VA, watch your language. Not too long ago a young lady came out of a 7-11 and used the F word several times and a cop heard her. It cost her $250 and a lot of embarrassment. Better check your city codes.

you wouldn't believe what is illegal in some hick states. But really, it isn't, unless you are really loud, then you might be disturbing the peace.

No but it should be. It is hard enough raising children it doesn't help to have to explain what @#$# %^%$ @##@% means when you are walking in the mall
