situation I had today. I went to the STD clinic for a check up and I had a young beautiful female nurse doing my check up. Well when she was examining my penis she held it at the tip and I started getting an erection. She didn't let go until she was done examing it and I was a little nervous. I have a big penis and I was wondering what do you think she was thinking when I got an erection? Would most females nurses let go? What would you had said and done?

Well at first I didn't get an erection. She was checking every thing else around my gentials and my penis didn't budge. When gripped the head and held it for a few minutes, thats when I got an erection.

Nurses are professionals. If she works in an STD clinic, she is very used to penises, and she knows that guys get erections when their penises are touched. It's not a sexual thing for her -- she's checking you for diseases. She sees this sort of thing dozens of times a day. Your erection is nothing unusual for her; it's all in a day's work for a nurse.
