My 4 year old grandaugther's name is Isabella. We call her Bella. I love her to death, but honestly, I do not like the name Bella. It sounds like a fat old lady to me. I would prefer Belle to Bella.

In my opinion its origional but i guess u can think of better because whenever i think of that name it reminds me of ballerinas and elephants. In my opinion flowers are the way 2 go ^_^ theres Lilly or if u want original theres Lotis. If you want Japanese theres Sakura (cherry blossom). Thats just what i think but if u REALLY like Bella then stick with it because you know, their name is the first love that a child recieves from their parents.

very pretty, can't go wrong with this name. Only negative I think of is that there are tons of Isabellas right now, but Bella is shorter and so pretty.
