Not necessarely......but if u are taking any other medications, make sure that u either take them 2 hour prior or after ur other medications. Vitamins are just suppliments, so is not necessary to be taken every day at the same time,,, but like someone said before is better to get into the habit of taking them it the same time.

No, it isn't necessary, but it is a good idea to space them out evenly. If you're within a few hours it should be fine. It's also easier to build the habit if you do it about the same time each day.
You wouldn't want to take Day 1's just before midnight, and day 2's just after midnight.

It is a good practice to try and take them at the same time every day. make sure you don't take them with coffee,tea, or any fizzy drinks. leave a gap and they will work more efficiently. say about half to 1 hour.

I asked my dr the same thing.
You should take them at the same time, more or less. Taking them at 7AM mon thru Fri then 9am Sat * sun is no big deal,but taking one at 7am one day, 5PM the next, then 7am the next, not the best.
