No. Plenty of blacks came to the US after slavery. Here in MN, there are a large number of recent Somalian Immigrants.

No, they are not.
{Now, I'm not going to have a source for this because I read it in a random magazine 5 years ago. After I answer, I'll do some research, and see if I can find the article.}
A scientist did some DNA tests to determine the ancestry of black people in the United States. They used random people as well as well known black Americans. SURPRISINGLY there is a large percent of black Americans that ARE NOT descendants of slaves. And actually came from Europe (people like the Moors migrated to Europe long before the Trans Atlantic Slave trade).
Now I'll go look for my source...

There isn't a human being alive that doesn't have slavery ancestry. No one wants to hear this, but it is true.
Even in Africa, tribal slave-trading was commonplace. Some warring tribes actually sold their slaves to the white slave-traders. Not defending slavery, but it is true.
Many of the earliest white settlers in the US were indentured servants. Sold into 7 years of slavery plus a ship-ride to America, to escape debtor's prison, but because they could not read the contracts, never outlived it. Many of our children are not taught this at all.
Some black Americans have come from Egypt and other places, since slavery ended here. But I guarantee there is slavery somewhere in everyone's history.

No, many have integrated, and many still want to! Slavery is still active in many coastal African nations! Not in America! If you think African-Americans are not better off, look at all of the people dying in Africa every year from starvation or disease! And if you think you have no respect...just look at Condaleeza Rice and Colin Powell, some of the most respected and powerful people in the world! I have many good friends in all areas of life who happen to be black, but I am tired of those wanting a piece of the pie, but insisting on the bigger piece! My ancesters have never owned slaves, and don't plan on it in the future! No-one alive here has ever been a slave, so quit punishing us for things we never did!

You need a big Dose of Dictionary

Not all black persons are descendants of slaves. Plenty of "white" people are slave descendants too.

No not all black people are decedents of slaves. I have a few good friends that don't want to be called African Americans because their family tree has no branches out of Africa.
